Great experience with Drainworks. I called in the morning with a septic issue. By 10:00 AM Justin was at my house solving the issue working in the rain. When he was done he put everything back to normal, even throwing down grass seed where he had disturbed the lawn. Justin was also very personable, professional, and informative. Thank you. I would definitely call Drainworks again.

I received a text message when they were on their way. Steve introduced himself, assessed the issue and informed me what he would be doing, explained why and how long it would take. Although there was a very minor incident, Steve quickly acknowledged it and offered a discount off of the bill. Later, I found a gift card from Amazon at my door. This was in addition to the discount. Quality customer service is expected, but when there's an issue, does the company step up to the plate, acknowledge it and offer something to resolve it? Stef arrived at our house exactly on time as promised and was nothing less than courteous and very knowledgeable on his craft. He cleaned out our pipes and explain to us some preventative maintenance to ensure the functionality of our system. Stefan communicated prior to arrival(he was early!), during diagnostics and treating the problem, and gave me a good breakdown of the problem and any future potential issues given the age of our pipes. The team was thorough, efficient and clean. They even came back in to wipe up some grease on the kitchen floor as they were taking their equipment out. I highly recommend this service!
